the European labour market is a complex and multifaceted issue that requires a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by both migrants and host societies. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the number of Latin American and Caribbean migrants seeking employment opportunities in Europe. On 23 and 24 March 2023, partners of the project #InteLACMarket met in #Cordoba, Spain for a transnational meeting to review the results of the first project results which consist of a thorough comparative analysis of the current situation in the participating countries regarding, statistics, challenges and good practices.
